There’s a new member of the CAS team, and we wanted to shout about it. We’re delighted to welcome Claire Brooks to the company. Formerly of Box-it East, Mrs Brooks is with us in a consultative role. She’ll be managing business development in East England, to expand our document management services across the region.

We’ve recognised the opportunity to build the business locally throughout East Anglia and adjoining counties after meeting Mrs Brooks. Our Managing Director, Danny Clark, says ‘The business continues to grow, and this is down to our high levels of customer service and expertise in our field. I’m really looking forward to working with more local organisations in East England, now that Claire has joined the team.’

A strong background in document management

Mrs Brooks has been in the document management industry for over 12 years. She enjoyed great success at Box-it East, which is based in East England. She says: ‘I’m thrilled to be working with Danny and the team at CAS. I’m pleased to remain in the document storage industry and am excited about this new partnership. CAS is an independent, family-run business; I’m lucky to have found an organisation that has the same values and ethos I demonstrated at Box-it East.  The company has excellent facilities and, as any document management client would expect, the highest security and the best customer services levels on offer’.

Thinking globally, acting locally in East England

CAS has a great deal of experience in paper document storage, having operated for over 20 years. The main CAS facility currently stores over 200,000 archive boxes, with plans to expand the premises within the next 2 years. We also specialise in digitisation of archives, including the NHS and GP surgeries as digital clients. And increasingly in the modern working environment, our clients want to take a more strategic look at document management. From small- and medium-sized enterprises to multinationals, we’re working with organisations across London and East England.
